Vedder Price shareholder Jason Reese is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office and is a member of its Finance & Transactions group. His practice is focused on M&A, venture capital, joint ventures, private equity investments and general corporate matters.
Reese is actively involved in the management and expansion of Vedder Price. He was an initial founding partner of the Los Angeles office and is the managing shareholder of the office as well as a member of the Board of Directors of the firm, also serving on a number of important management committees. Since the office opened in 2014, he has helped the firm build a significant full-service practice serving Los Angeles and all of Southern California. Reese typically represents family businesses and other area enterprises with venture capital and growth financing and is known to have a practical, business friendly approach to his practice.
