Michelle joins The Agency from Gina Michelle Project, the acclaimed design and real estate firm she founded in 2009. Specializing in home renovations and design, Michelle takes a unique approach to how real estate is bought and sold, driven by the belief that every property can and should, be sold as a renovated property. Through her exclusive partnership with PriceLift, Michelle’s clients benefit from home and property upgrades and renovations before listing their homes for sale, which in most cases dramatically increases the selling price of a property.
