Praw’s greatest achievement is the practice he’s built over the past 20 years. As practice group leader, he is responsible for growing and managing Holland & Knight’s commercial real estate business in eight Western states. His team of 35 attorneys serves a full range of legal needs for clients engaged in the development, construction, operation and financing of real estate projects around the country. Since 2006, Praw has represented financial services giant Morgan Stanley in its real estate work for investors.
