Dan Miller is one of the founding partners of Miller Barondess, LLP, a Los Angeles based firm specializing in litigation, trials, and appellate work. Miller is skilled at crafting a case strategy to accommodate each client’s interests and objectives. He has tried and won cases before juries and arbitration panels in California and around the country.
Miller secured over $3 million in settlements from the City of Los Angeles on behalf of victims of sexual assault by two former LAPD officers (Miller worked closely with the DA, and the former narcotics officers ultimately pled guilty and were sentenced to 25 years to life in prison); obtained an $11 million award for an affiliate of a LA-based global private equity firm against two telecommunication companies and their parent company based in Lebanon for breach of a reseller agreement while also defeating a $30 million counterclaim brought by the companies in Lebanon.
