Gaurav Malhotra began his career in accounting after receiving his degree in Economics at UCLA. He has worked in accounting and business services for over 25 years, with extensive experience in mergers & acquisitions, audit and assurance, tax, and international operations.
Malhotra runs the M&A department at Lucas Horsfall, leading clients through every step of the process of selling their businesses. This includes successfully exiting from their businesses on their terms, with the financial rewards and legacy they want and deserve. In the tumultuous world of M&A, Mahlotra stands out by proactively addressing the unknown and providing personal guidance to his clients. He also consistently dedicates time to mentoring junior members of the Lucas Horsfall team, helping to facilitate their growth.
