Olga Klochko, known for being an amazingly energetic, and dynamic individual, joined Men’s Health Foundation six years ago and has had a tremendous impact on the organization and on its company culture. She started as the Foundation’s controller and excelled such that when the CFO position became open, she was seen as the ideal candidate. She has served as CFO for the past four years and led the nonprofit to a place of fiscal security and safety.
Last year, the CEO took time off and Klochko stepped into the role with confidence and skill. She led the organization through steep federal cutbacks. She not only kept the ship afloat, she also grew the organization, the company culture, and the happiness of the Foundation’s employees.
