California Science Center
Jeffrey Rudolph is the president and CEO of the California Science Center. For more than 40 years, he has provided the leadership for the planning, design, fundraising, and implementation of the California Science Center’s three-decade Master Plan which transformed the California Museum of Science and Industry into the world-class California Science Center in 1998, and created an award-winning Exposition Park Master Plan, guiding the redevelopment of Exposition Park in South Los Angeles.
The third and final phase of the California Science Center’s master plan, the 200,000-square-foot Samuel Oschin Air and Space Center, will open on November 13, 2026. The $450 million expansion nearly doubles the Science Center’s exhibit space and serves as the permanent home of Space Shuttle Endeavour.
