Erin Ross has led one of the most significant periods of growth in Girls Inc. of Los Angeles’ history, expanding both the organization’s reach and its long-term impact for girls across Los Angeles. Under her leadership, Girls Inc. LA has grown from serving eight to twelve Los Angeles Unified School District partner schools – a 50% increase in the last year–while remaining intentionally focused on communities facing systemic barriers to opportunity.
Ross has built a scalable program delivery model centered on consistency, trust and long-term relationships. Girls Inc. LA works alongside school administrators, teachers and families as a year-round partner, becoming deeply embedded within each campus community. This year, Girls Inc. LA launched its first-ever high school partnership at Venice High School.
