Maydeck successfully leads Haynes Family of Programs and David & Margaret Youth and Family Services, overseeing organizations that collectively serve more than 5,000 children, youth, and families annually; employ approximately 600 staff members with more than 900 associates statewide; operate with an annual budget of approximately $48 million; and positively impacted more than 110,000 lives over their history.
