Leaders of Influence: Nonprofit & Philanthropy 2026 – Correnda Perkins

Hillsides

CORRENDA PERKINS
Chief Program Officer
Hillsides

Under Correnda Perkins’ leadership, Hillsides successfully introduced AI to help clinical teams spend less time on paperwork and more time focused on the children, youth, and families they serve. She led the transition of 150 clinicians from traditional, time-consuming documentation to an ethical AI-assisted process. The time required to complete a typical client note dropped from an average of 20 minutes to just 4.4 minutes, saving Hillsides team members more than 10,000 hours in 2025 alone. That time can now be redirected toward clients, meaningful interactions, and employee wellbeing.

Correnda’s leadership extends beyond innovation in clinical care. She has been a strong advocate for transition-age youth and has championed new ways to help them build the skills, confidence, and connections they need to thrive.
