As CEO of The Whole Child, Constanza Pachon has established herself as one of Los Angeles County’s most influential nonprofit leaders by transforming how children and families access critical mental health, housing, parenting, and family support services. Since joining the organization in 2018, she has led a remarkable period of strategic growth, increasing annual revenue from $9 million to more than $30 million while expanding services to meet the growing needs of communities throughout Southeast Los Angeles County.
Amid ongoing challenges facing children and families, Pachon has remained steadfast in expanding access to integrated, family-centered care while strengthening partnerships across healthcare, education, government, philanthropy, and the nonprofit community.
