Shelley Hurwitz, one of the leaders of Holland & Knight’s Bequest Revenue Program represents some of the largest, most recognizable nonprofits in the country. Hurwitz has been part of building a niche national law practice focused on ensuring her clients receive maximum value from gifts left to them in a donor’s Will or Trust.
Hurwitz’s practice covers the entire nonprofit sector – including charitable, medical, religious and educational organizations – with the ultimate goal of following donor intent to accelerate and increase bequest revenue to those organizations.
