Kendal Turner is currently the executive VP and CFO of Los Angeles County Economic Development Corporation, a nonprofit organization focused on equitable economic growth in the Los Angeles region. She directs and oversees the financial and administrative activities of the organization, including finance, human resources, facilities and information technology, to assure the proper allocation of funds to advance the organization’s mission and recognize its vision. She also acts as the organization’s board liaison to the LAEDC subcommittees and the treasurer and secretary of the Southern California Leadership Council.
Turner has made outstanding contributions and unwavering commitment to excellence in the finance industry. As an African American woman, she has not only shattered glass ceilings but has also become a beacon of inspiration for her peers and those aspiring to enter the field. She possesses a unique combination of financial acumen, strategic thinking and exceptional leadership skills.
