Nancy De Leon is the senior manager on a large EY private equity client and, since joining the team, has been instrumental in growing revenue by approximately 20% and increasing overall service line penetration providing on average services within at least two service lines per company. De Leon is also active in the market. She meets with new potential clients on a regular basis and recently took the lead in winning the work for a new portfolio company for a priority private equity account and has several other active proposals in the pipeline.
De Leon has been with the firm for over 13 years. During this time, she has actively supported the EY Latino Professional Network, campus recruiting and the EY Entrepreneur of the Year program. She is also passionate about supporting the firm’s diversity, equity and inclusiveness (DEI) efforts through her involvement with EY’s Launch internship program.
