For more than three decades, Terrence Franklin has been at the forefront of the most significant and complex trust, estate and probate litigation, representing beneficiaries, trustees, individuals and institutions throughout California.
Franklin’s career highlights include several published appeals and the landmark Moeller v. Superior Court case, which was brought before the California Supreme Court and established a fiduciary exception to the attorney-client privilege for successor trustees. Franklin also worked pro bono on one of the most important housing discrimination cases in Los Angeles County. At the time, he was a pro bono staff attorney on the Independent Commission investigating the LA Police Department. Franklin is recognized as a trailblazer in advancing DEI within the profession.
