Jason Kelly’s most successful career accomplishment took place in 2023 when, after spending more than a decade working at law firms of all sizes, he decided to start a new litigation law firm in Los Angeles with two of his partners. The firm is focused on providing high-quality litigation representation to smaller and mid-sized companies. The firm has grown in recent months and is thriving. In particular, Kelly has defended and counseled companies of all sizes in the fast-moving space of privacy litigation.
Kelly, along with another of his colleagues, also had the privilege of successfully trying the first in-person federal civil jury trial in the Central District of California when the court lifted restrictions on in-person trials during the COVID-19 pandemic.
