Marc Rohatiner has successfully tried numerous cases in a wide variety of industries. He is a partner in the litigation department of Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro, Schulman & Rabkin, LLP.  As a business litigator and trial attorney, Rohatiner has over 40 years’ experience representing parties with contract-based disputes in all industries.
Rohatiner’s clients have included defense contractors, hotel owners, escrow holders, contractors, developers, common interest developments, entrepreneurs, movie producers and real estate brokers.
