After 17 years of working at mid-size bi-coastal firms, Kathryn McCann decided to start the women and minority owned litigation boutique Annaguey McCann with her friend and law partner, Maribeth Annaguey. Along with a third partner, they started the firm with the goal of engaging in a smaller, more client-focused practice.
McCann’s entire legal career has been focused on representing national and global companies in large, complex and class action litigation in the areas of business, real estate, contracts, employment and entertainment. She has successfully handled cases in California federal and state courts, the California Court of Appeal, the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, as well as before various arbitral tribunals and administrative hearing boards.
