Joshua White’s role at Laurel Employment Law is first and foremost that of a builder. Since founding the firm in March 2024, he has grown Laurel into one of the most dynamic plaintiff-side employment practices in the country — 25 attorneys, over 1,800 clients, and a remote-first culture that has been recognized among the best in the industry — all within the firm’s first two years of operation.
White built a firm where technology, culture, and legal excellence reinforce one another, and where clients get the kind of sophisticated advocacy that was previously reserved for clients of much larger, more established practices. His personal contribution to the firm’s legal work draws heavily on a decade of experience as a general counsel.
