Jack Yeh is a seasoned trial lawyer and litigation strategist who leads trial teams in complex commercial disputes throughout the country. He regularly represents both publicly traded companies and emerging businesses in a wide range of industries and has deep experience representing clients in government-regulated industries and disputes involving unfair competition, environmental issues, governmental regulations, the California Environmental Quality Act, public contracting, and governmental-related matters involving state, regional and local public agencies.
Yeh secured a victory for American Airlines in San Diego County Superior Court – defeating a motion for preliminary injunction that sought to immediately halt the airline’s newly launched commercial service at McClellan-Palomar Airport in Carlsbad.
