Christopher Pelham’s obsession with the law started when he would watch courtroom dramas unfold on Law & Order at only 13 years old. Today, he is a seasoned trial lawyer and former federal prosecutor, guiding clients through complex commercial disputes, internal investigations and regulatory matters, including high-stakes, cross-border issues. From prosecuting organized crime as an Assistant US Attorney to leading an investigation and litigation practice in Shanghai, Pelham loves his profession.
At Norton Rose Fulbright, Pelham has led significant matters, including securing summary judgement in RICO cases, achieving a successful trial outcome in a federal trade secret theft matter and managing multi jurisdictional internal investigations involving the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
