Partner and chair of Glaser Weil’s Construction Practice, Peter C. Sheridan is widely recognized for his extensive experience and superb service. Sheridan’s focus on construction has allowed him to develop a specialty in construction disputes involving mega resorts and large hotels and casinos. In addition to construction litigation, Sheridan has also handled complex multidistrict cases, in particular a group of consolidated environmental contamination cases representing a US EPA remediation contractor.
Sheridan has also represented government as well as landowners in land use, eminent domain and inverse condemnation litigation, including the cities of La Cañada Flintridge and Laguna Hills, and the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority.
