Michael Brophy is a partner Withersworldwide’s trust, estate and inheritance disputes team and is the office managing director of the Los Angeles office and the regional divisional leader of the firm’s Private Client & Tax (PCT) division. In the latter role, Brophy has been supporting the US PCT division of more than 100 lawyers in the firm’s new working environment, including leading through the transition to a new LA office space.
Brophy has extensive experience representing prominent individuals, families, charities, corporate trustees, private professional fiduciaries, and creditors in high stakes litigation involving complex trusts and estates.
