Marina Beck is a partner at Elkins Kalt, and a co-chair of the firm’s Family Law practice group. Since 2011, the primary focus of Beck’s practice has been the litigation of sophisticated marital dissolution issues, including complex financial, property, support and custody matters. Beck has extensive experience in international custody disputes (Hague Abduction Convention) and other jurisdictional disputes, as well as in Domestic Violence Prevention Act matters.
Beck has handled high profile cases with national and international issues and consequences, representing high net worth individuals or their spouses in many different fields, including the entertainment and sports industry, tech and business executives, philanthropists, doctors, attorneys, bankers and other professionals.
