Keith Wesley has been a leader in representing brand owners in enforcing their intellectual property against online infringers, and especially infringement on “print-on-demand websites.” He has obtained a verdict of willful contributory counterfeiting on behalf of the fashion brand Brandy Melville that ultimately was upheld following a published decision in the Ninth Circuit. Wesley is currently litigating a copyright infringement action against Amazon’s print-on-demand division, Merch by Amazon. His work enforcing IP rights against print-on-demand sites has been instrumental in shaping the practices and law governing this growing industry.
Wesley also has recently obtained successful results on behalf of makers of compounded pharmaceuticals who have been sued by Big Pharma companies.
