John Nadolenco’s litigation and trial practice focuses on defending companies against allegations of improper consumer charges and practices, false and misleading advertising, defective products, unauthorized call recording under California’s Invasion of Privacy Act, violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, internet privacy violations, improper tracking via computer-based cookies and improper use of smartphone and apps.
Nadolenco currently represents the entire auto industry in challenging the constitutionality of a Massachusetts ballot initiative that requires car companies to share data generated by their vehicles. He has become one of General Motors’ go-to class action litigators.
