Gene Williams is a member of Paduano & Weintraub, leading the newly established Los Angeles office. Joining the firm in 2024, his practice is concentrated in employment litigation, class actions, and commercial litigation. With a dynamic legal career spanning over two decades, Williams has developed a reputation in handling complex legal disputes in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration panels.
Williams’ expertise in employment law includes defending employers in discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour class actions.
