Eric McDonough focuses his practice on business and commercial litigation. He has extensive experience in trade secrets litigation and restrictive covenant claims, technology disputes, unfair competition disputes, real estate litigation, products liability and tort litigation insurance bad faith and ERISA litigation.
McDonough also has significant experience in all phases of civil discovery, pre-trial, trial and post-trial litigation and has defended a number of complex litigation matters in California. His varied practice includes representation of companies in defense contracting, aerospace, electric bicycles, real estate, retail, investment services, automobiles, health care, fitness, food and beverage, entertainment and technology, as well as individuals with unique litigation needs.
