David Biderman, a partner in Perkins Coie’s Los Angeles office, focuses his practice on consumer class actions and heads the firm’s Consumer Products & Services Litigation group. After 40 years of practicing law, he continues to represent a wide range of companies in both state and federal courts in consumer class actions or in related statutory claims. His clients range from some of the world’s largest product/food manufacturers to brands on the rise, keeping him at the forefront of the industry.
Biderman and his team have created a very strong food litigation practice that is recognized nationally by food companies. On consumer class actions, he represents packaged food companies, coffee companies, dairy companies, footwear companies and others.
