Over the past sixteen years, Christopher “Smitty” Smith has been at the forefront of tackling some of the most intricate environmental challenges, navigating the regulatory landscapes of federal, state, and local agencies with finesse. His expertise has been honed through years of handling complex litigation issues ranging from federal environmental policy to state-specific regulations.
Recently, Smith’s leadership and track record led to his appointment as the chair of the newly established Environmental practice at Greenspoon Marder LLP, based out of the firm’s Los Angeles office. Under his guidance, the group has hit the ground running, providing counsel to Waste Management, one of the country’s largest environmental services companies.
