As co-chair of Morrison Foerster’s global IP Litigation Group and cross-disciplinary Intellectual Property Group and co-leader of its Semiconductor Industry Group, Bita Rahebi helps innovative technology companies protect their most valuable assets by providing strategic direction and leading complex, high-stakes intellectual property litigation matters. She is a first-chair trial lawyer whose services are in high demand due to her ability to explain complicated issues to juries and judges, a skill honed from involvement in some of the nation’s top trial cases.
Rahebi is active in the IP Bar and is a past president of the Los Angeles Intellectual Property Law Association. She co-founded LAIPLA’s Women in IP Committee, which supports the development of women IP attorneys.
