Decades after winning Gonzaga University’s Linden Cup Moot Court competition and getting completely hooked on litigating, Pamela Palmer brings nearly 25 years of unwavering knowledge, skill and savvy to the courtroom. She represents clients in complex litigation matters and advises insurers, vessel owners, trucking companies and logistics providers. She also counsels and defends insurers on the full spectrum of first- and third-party claims
including environmental, marine, inland marine, general liability, auto, transportation, aviation, sex abuse and suspicious claims involving theft, arson, smoke losses and vessel sinkings.
Palmer’s recent experience includes her work on Panterra GP, Inc. v. Superior Court of Kern County. In this case of first impression, the Court of Appeal held that a licensed contractor was not barred from asserting a breach of a construction contract cause of action where the entity mistakenly listed as the contractor in the contract was not a licensed contractor.
