McRae represented AT&T Mobility LLC in Terpin v. AT&T Mobility LLC, obtaining a victory against a prominent crypto investor who claimed that criminals stole cryptocurrency purportedly worth $24 million and brought claims alleging that AT&T was responsible for that theft. The court granted summary judgment in AT&T’s favor on all remaining claims.
