Jenifer Wallis is the chair of MWM’s entertainment practice, and she is a partner in the firm’s intellectual property practice. Wallis brings more than 17 years of legal experience to the firm and her unique practice positions her to represent clients in business litigation and entertainment law. Her commitment to growth and professional excellence has helped her firm expand through business development and recruiting efforts, adding 12 attorneys to the LA office in the past two years.
Wallis’s significant achievements in the past two years also include serving as first chair in various trade secret, trademark, and copyright infringement lawsuits, serving as general counsel to small and midsized companies, and serving as general counsel to production companies in LA, handling matters from business formations and IP protection to drafting talent and location agreements, production schedules, and network negotiations.
