An accomplished litigator and trial lawyer with significant victories for both plaintiffs and defendants, Amnon Siegel joined Miller Barondess in 2007 and has been integral to the firm’s growth.
Among his noteworthy work, Siegel currently represents plaintiff Mythical, Inc. (gaming technology company at the forefront of the emerging sector of blockchain video gaming) against former Mythical executives who allegedly covertly undermined the company’s interests to line their own pockets. Defendants, while employed at Mythical, allegedly stole a business worth hundreds of millions. Siegal also achieved a $256 million jury verdict for fraud and punitive damages for an automobile dealership group against Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation (a top 10 verdict in the country). Nissan appealed the verdict and the case was remanded for a new trial. The lawsuit recently settled during jury deliberations. He also represents 1.1 million Prius owners in a federal court class action against Toyota.
