Janet Yoon, MD, specializes in pediatric oncology/ hematology because it allows her to build long term relationships with her young patients and their caregivers. Inspired by their resilience and strength, Dr. Yoon stays at the leading edge of her field so that she can introduce families to the latest therapies, including those that minimize harmful side effects. Previously, Dr. Yoon was at University of California Davis Medical Center then spent over a decade at UC San Diego/Rady Children’s Hospital San Diego where she was a clinical professor and director of the pediatric solid tumor program.
