Dr. Terrence Williams is chair and professor of radiation oncology at City of Hope National Medical Center. In addition to his administrative efforts, he has excelled in laboratory-based research, with ongoing studies that involve elucidating oncogene-mediated resistance to genotoxic therapies, caveolae-mediated endocytosis, identifying novel DNA repair, and developing genetic and molecular signatures that predict tumor progression or response to therapies. His research endeavors have generated over 170 peer-reviewed manuscripts in leading scientific journals. He is currently a permanent member of the Radiation Therapeutics and Biology (RTB) Study Section.
