Much of Dr. Santhi Kumar’s career has focused on ensuring that patients receive high-quality, reliable care through the implementation and scaling
of evidence-based best practices. In her leadership roles, she has worked to expand access to expert care across diverse care settings, ensuring patients can benefit from world-class specialists within their own communities. As a frontline leader during the COVID-19 pandemic, she served as the COVID ICU director, developing and implementing protocols that enhanced patient safety and outcomes during an unprecedented global crisis.
