His patients benefit from innovative treatments, including targeted intraoperative partial breast radiotherapy and cryoablation. His policy of seeing newly diagnosed cancer patients within two business days is the raising of the bar for breast cancer care standards. Currently, he is pioneering clinical trials affecting cancer treatment globally, including a clinical trial utilizing cryoablation to treat stage 0 and stage 1 breast cancer.
