Dr. Alexander Markarian is a board-certified facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon and a board certified head and neck surgeon. He has a busy private practice at USC, providing care in all aspects of facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. He specializes in facial aesthetic surgery, rejuvenation of the aging face, revision cosmetic surgery, primary and revision rhinoplasty (nasal reshaping surgery), facial paralysis rehabilitation, and reconstructive surgery of the head and neck. His research focuses on scarless wound healing, stem cell research and new treatments for facial paralysis.
