Mahru Madjidi is one of the only attorneys in history to have two nine-figure, single plaintiff employment jury verdicts. As the managing shareholder of Shegerian & Associates – a firm that has recovered more money and won more multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements on behalf of wrongfully terminated employees likely than any other law firm in the country – Madjidi oversees all attorneys and litigation.
Among her most significant accomplishments in the past two years, Madjidi led the appellate team representing the plaintiff in an employment discrimination and retaliation matter against United Airlines. The trial court granted summary judgment in favor of United, dismissing all claims. On appeal, Madjidi successfully argued and secured a reversal.
