After more than 20 successful years as founder and managing partner of Birndorf Law Offices, an employment counselling and litigation boutique representing California employers and executives, Debbie Birndorf Zieler joined Norton Rose Fulbright’s Los Angeles office in 2023, where she now leads the firm’s California labor and employment practice. In this role, she is responsible for driving the strategic direction and growth of the practice statewide, expanding the firm’s footprint and strengthening its capabilities in a highly competitive market.
Under Zieler’s leadership, the team has achieved significant success representing large employers in high-stakes wage and hour class actions and PAGA matters, delivering strong results in some of the most complex and fast-evolving areas of California employment law.
