With a drive that stems from a deep sense of responsibility and integrity,
Yolanda Andas is an exemplary woman of the construction industry who manages numerous fast paced projects over multiple sites. She has been an instrumental part of the growth of W.E. O’Neil’s Special Projects Group. She has grown from an assistant project manager to a senior project manager.
Andas has led the firm’s Aerospace Special Project Group teams and has led success in that market. In addition to aerospace, she is actively leading projects throughout Southern California for big corporations including Disney, Amazon and Toyota. Where challenges occur, Andas has stood as a leader. She investigates issues, lays out a path to success, and executes these plans with her teams. For example, she took over a recent project manager role after all buyout was complete and turned around the financial forecast of the project to be profitable.
