Throughout her time with Suffolk, Jennesys Aviles has led teams as a direct resource and collaborator for project managers. She runs day-to-day project management operations and ensures safety and quality measures are implemented throughout the lifespan of a construction project while keeping it on time and under budget. Aviles has also stepped into a position of oversight, quality management and technology integration throughout her projects.
Within Los Angeles, Aviles was a hands on leader throughout the development of affordable housing buildings at 6th & San Julian and 3552 Whittier Boulevard, among others. Both projects implemented methods that are revolutionizing the construction industry, specifically through modular construction. In addition to building infrastructure for communities across the country and in Los Angeles, Aviles has received her OSHA 30-Hour Certification and is National Safety Council Advanced First Aid, CPR and AED Certified, further ensuring safety is at the forefront of her work.
