Over the past decade at TCA Architects, Armine Movsesyan has ascended from a junior designer to the esteemed position of studio director and principal. Throughout this transformative journey, she has accumulated extensive knowledge of both the company and the multifamily industry, specializing in affordable projects geared towards Veterans and formerly homeless individuals and their families.

Movsesyan derives satisfaction and humility from personally touring the final projects with the occupants, especially those who are in dire need and others who are experiencing positive life changes with a newfound sense of security under their roofs. One of her primary focuses involves staying abreast of newly released state bills aimed at promoting affordable housing development and construction. Movsesyan continually refines her insight into the specific needs and desires of tenants with each project. She dedicates herself to discerning what resonates for each unique property and what these diverse populations require to thrive.
