In launching Helmerson Sims, she aims to assist clients determine the best prefabrication method, the right factory, and the most efficient design solution for their project goals, leveraging experience from over 60 modular and factory-built housing projects. The goal is helping developers, architects and builders access modular and other innovative methods of construction to execute successful projects. With clear communication, high quality standards, innovative ideas, and deep problem-solving expertise she helps clients maintain responsible budgeting, critical path scheduling, team accountability, and optimal project outcomes.
