Mike Condon Jr., a vice chairman in Cushman & Wakefield’s Downtown Los Angeles office, provides agency leasing, investment sale, and land acquisition and disposition services for clients throughout the Greater Los Angeles area, as well as nationally. At Cushman & Wakefield, he is the youngest person to ever achieve the title of vice chairman in the Southern California region and has continuously ranked as the #1 value-add investment sales broker year after year.
Despite volatile market conditions, Condon has one of the top producing teams in Downtown LA and has been able to achieve over $800 million in sales year-to-date. Condon and his team oversaw the Genon Portfolio disposition of 30 retired power generating facilities on a national level. In addition to the Genon Portfolio, Condon and his team also contributed to the revitalization of Downtown LA’s historic core with the creation of a boutique hospitality market.
