Darren Casamassima is a principal of Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura Inc., a full-service commercial real estate company and member of the Lee & Associates group of companies, specializing in the sale and leasing of office properties and the representation of corporate occupiers throughout the greater Los Angeles region with an emphasis in the San Fernando Valley and Conejo Los Angeles Valleys.
Casamassima, a 19-year veteran, has successfully executed over 12 million square feet of lease and sale transactions for a broad client base, including landlords, corporations and middle-market owner-users. Additionally, he is a part of the Lee and Associates’ President’s Circle of Excellence, ranking amongst the top ten producers for the firm for the past five years, and was a top five producer in 2021, 2020 and 2019. He was the number one producer in 2020 for office transactions, leading the firm through the difficult pandemic period.
