Alexander Koustas founded Commercial Advisory in 2016; a robust commercial transactions platform within The Agency, focused on serving the firm’s most discerning clientele and their commercial real estate requirements. In Koustas’ capacity as managing partner, he has overseen a myriad of complex and large scale hospitality, office and industrial transactions for the firm throughout the Southern California marketplace.
A skilled negotiator with a reputation for creating successful outcomes for investors and tenants alike, Koustas brings more than 19 years of commercial investment, development and brokerage experience to The Agency. Prior to joining The Agency, he was a founding member and president of the December Co., Inc., a boutique commercial brokerage firm specializing in high street retail as well as office and industrial leases and sales transactions. He also served as the acquisitions director at BH Properties, where he was responsible for the deployment of $100 million in annual acquisitions.
