As executive vice president and regional president of Hanmi Bank, he oversees all California lending and deposit activities, managing nearly $4.5 billion in deposits and $2.5 billion in loans across 20 branches and two commercial lending departments throughout the state.
Since joining Hanmi Bank in 2013, Yang has risen from EVP and division leader to regional president of California, one of the bank’s most important positions. Under his leadership, Hanmi has distinguished itself through challenging banking environments by maintaining exceptional credit quality.
